Its sealed capsule design prevents operator contact with the process liquid, making it especially suited for filtering toxic, hazardous, or sensitive coating materials.

In a conventional cartridge system the housing must be opened, drained, and cleaned after every element change, which generates cleaning wastewater and creates an exposure risk when the process liquid is hazardous. The RK12 eliminates this entirely: the filter medium and housing are a single sealed capsule. When spent, the whole capsule is disconnected and replaced, and the operator never contacts residual liquid. The design also minimises the residual liquid gap inside the capsule, reducing material waste per changeout.
