Yes, we welcome factory visits at our production facility. Our factory in Songjiang District is approximately 30 minutes from Shanghai Pudong International Airport. Yes, Pullner manufactures custom filter cartridges based on your exact specifications. We can produce non-standard dimensions, custom micron ratings, special filter media (PES, PTFE, PFA, glass fiber, polypropylene), and custom end cap configurations. We also offer OEM branding with your company logo on frames and end caps. For completely new designs, we provide 3D printing prototypes before full production.

Every Pullner filter cartridge undergoes comprehensive quality testing before shipment. Our in-house laboratory performs pore size analysis using a PMI pore size analyzer, flow resistance testing for elements from 10″ to 70″, filtration efficiency testing via IFTS single-pass test bench (0.5 to 150 micron range), and liquid particle counting across 6 channels. We provide full test reports and maintain complete batch traceability from raw material to finished product.

Custom filter cartridges require 15-25 business days for production, depending on specifications and quantity.
