Pullner’s photoresist filter element uses a natural hydrophilic nylon 6,6 membrane with HDPE support and end caps, engineered to filter photoresist and developer in semiconductor and electronics manufacturing. Its low differential pressure, fast start-up, and minimal bubble generation reduce photochemical waste and improve process yield.

The N/S Capsule Filter is a multi-capacity capsule filter for small batch material filtration and main ink filtration in digital printing systems. Different capsule housing volumes accommodate the ink volume requirements of Epson, wide format, ceramic, and marking and coding printers.

The RK12 is a capsule-style integrated filter cartridge that eliminates the need to clean the housing after each cartridge replacement. Its sealed capsule design prevents operator contact with the process liquid, making it especially suited for filtering toxic, hazardous, or sensitive coating materials.

The modular skid-mounted FRP system combines multiple single high flow housings on a common skid frame, configured to match site dimensions and required flow capacity. The single high flow FRP membrane housing is the standard housing type for high flow cartridges in RO pre-filtration systems. Its fiberglass reinforced plastic construction provides high corrosion resistance at significantly lower cost and weight than stainless steel, with 10 to 50 m³/day filtration capacity per unit.

The Mini Filtration System (MFS) is a fully assembled, multi-stage industrial filtration skid delivered ready to operate. Each system includes a pump, filter housings, stainless steel piping, pressure gauge, drain valve, and inlet connections. Internal surfaces are mirror-polished to Ra 0.6 micron with a design pressure of 10 bar.

The multi-pleated cartridge stainless steel housing accommodates 2 to 150 cartridges for medium to high flow industrial applications. Machined cover gasket grooves provide positive O-ring sealing, and an optional swing bolt with davit allows fast changeout on large configurations. PED certification is available on request.

This sanitary-grade single pleated cartridge housing is polished to Ra 0.3 micron internally and Ra 0.4 micron externally, meeting GMP requirements for pharmaceutical and food-grade applications. It withstands 0.6 MPa design pressure and includes threaded exhaust and drain valves.

The multi-bag stainless steel filter housing handles high-volume filtration of viscous liquids using 3 to 12 filter bags per vessel. Its davit-style cover enables fast bag changeout, and inside-to-outside flow direction means retained solids collect inside the bag for clean and easy removal.

The standard single stainless steel cartridge filter housing is designed for small to medium flow applications using conventional 10 to 40 inch filter cartridges. Built in SS304 or SS316L, it covers a wide range of industrial process liquids including chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and food-grade fluids.
