FPD Process filter cartridge
FPD Process filter cartridge is belong to the Pleated filter cartridge, In order to reduce the operation and maintenance cost of the system and reduce the downtime of the system, we recommend the use of φ130 high flow filter cartridge. Compared with the φ69， the φ 130 filter element has a larger filer area(2㎡)， so it has a large flow rate(the flow rate up to 200L/min) and high dirt holding capacity. It can be used in liquid crystal panel manufacturing.
