This sanitary-grade single pleated cartridge housing is polished to Ra 0.3 micron internally and Ra 0.4 micron externally, meeting GMP requirements for pharmaceutical and food-grade applications. It withstands 0.6 MPa design pressure and includes threaded exhaust and drain valves.

The internal wall polish of Ra 0.3 micron is achieved through multi-stage mechanical and electro-polishing, eliminating microscopic surface pits where bacteria can colonise and product can accumulate. The fully disassemblable design allows manual inspection and cleaning to GMP standards between product runs. Reinforced adjustable-height stainless steel feet provide stable installation on uneven plant floors without shimming.
