High Temperature Resistant Backwash Filter Element
High temperature resistant backwash filter element is a backflushable pleated filter designed for iron removal in condensate with or without resin pre-coat. These filters are commonly used in power plant condensate systems to remove dissolved and suspended contaminants.
Designed with integral cage construction and available in multiple configurations (7 parts, 40″+30″, 20″+20″+20″+10″), it has become the most popular design for condensate polishing systems in power plants. The backwashable design extends service life while maintaining high purity levels.
High temperature resistant backwash filter elements are widely used in power plant condensate systems, condensate polishing, mixed circulating condensate, electroplating solution filtration, and supercritical boilers. They effectively remove iron, rust, suspended solids, colloids, chlorides, and silica to protect boilers, steam generators, reactors, and turbines from corrosion.
High Temperature Resistant Filter Element
High temperature resistant filter element is a pleated filter made of Polyester (PET) material designed for precision filtration of benzene, toluene, and liquids containing aromatic hydrocarbon solvents.
The Polyester material can withstand 120°C high temperature and 4 bar working pressure difference, it has become the most popular design for high temperature filtration applications. Easy installation and reliable performance ensure long-term operation.
High temperature resistant filter elements are widely used in biopharmaceuticals, food & beverage, microelectronics, fine chemicals, and water treatment. They are suitable for LCD panels, semiconductor chips, high-purity chemicals, APIs, and condensate filtration systems.
High Temperature Resistant Large Flux Filter Element
High temperature resistant large flux filter element adopts 6″ large diameter structure with single open end and no center core. The outer cage is made of 304 stainless steel with filter material and support layer made of high temperature resistant materials.
The filter element can work long-term under 120°C conditions with high flow rate of 30m³/hour, it has become the most popular design for power plant condensate water filtration. Large diameter and filtration area reduce the number of filter elements and housing dimensions required.
High temperature resistant large flux filter elements are commonly used in:
Power generation boiler condensate
Nuclear and fossil power plants
Cogeneration systems
Gas turbines
These filters efficiently remove iron, suspended solids, and colloids from condensate, protecting boilers and steam turbines from corrosion and damage.
For reliable and efficient filtration, our stainless steel cartridge filter housings provide the perfect complement to these high-performance filter elements, ensuring secure installation, long service life, and optimal filtration in extreme conditions.
